POWER Professional Development Programs
The POWER of Professional WoMen programs are specifically designed and available only to POWER Members and Partners. These innovative programs provide a clear blueprint for taking leadership abilities to the next level while igniting the passion for career, personal and philanthropic goals. POWER Programs focus on acquiring strategies to adapt to the changing needs of every generation while expanding your network.
POWER EMERGING LEADERS CIRCLES
Chaired by successful generation leaders, this platform encourages peers, ages 40 and under, to share their fears, hopes and goals. They help define the POWER programs designed to bridge the generational gaps through collaboration.
EMPOWER-U MENTORING CIRCLES
Each session, twenty mentees will be facilitated by mentors and experts on specific topics chosen by the mentees. Circle discussions are confidential and only one person from each company can attend a specific circle. Women from all generations and diverse professions will draw from their personal experiences to empower and encourage the mentees to reach beyond their level of comfort zone.
These workshops empower members to navigate today's continual changes in the workplace. Topics such as executive presence, generational differences, strategic networking, and understanding your value will be explored through powerful conversations, with the result of powerful outcomes.
POWER COACHING WORKSHOPS
These workshops provide continued education opportunities for executives at various stages in their career development. Each session will be tailored to a specific topic, which is intended to peak interest and spark continued independent study and personal development
